Rectangular Canal knife -7201704

The 6 mm wide notch of the blade cuts deep into the skin of (citrus) fruit and vegetables creating ribbons and notches. The fixed penetration depth makes it very easy to use.

The blade is made of carefully sharpened stainless steel and durably sharp.
