Whetting Stone 1000/3000 Grit w/non-slip pad & bracket holder -71370-00

A gentle and effective way to sharpen your knives! This high-quality whetstone has two sides with different grits. The white side (grit 1000) is used first for honing the knife. The finer blue side (grit 3000) is used for fine grinding and fine honing. Please make sure to place the whetstone in water for approx. 5-10 minutes before use so that it can soak up water and the important grinding sludge is created. An bracket holder is included to make it easier to fix the sharpening angle and can be attached to the back of the knife if required.
