A gentle and effective way to sharpen your knives! This high-quality whetstone has two sides with different grits. The blue side (grit 3000) is used first for fine grinding and fine honing. The finer yellow side (grit 5000) is used for polishing and for the perfect finish. Please make sure to place the whetstone in water for approx. 5-10 minutes before use so that it can soak up water and the important grinding sludge is created. An bracket holder is included to make it easier to fix the sharpening angle and can be attached to the back of the knife if required.
